Richard V Westlake, President
Richard has more than 30 years experience in both field construction and shop operations in the natural gas pipeline and compressor station sectors, nuclear construction, automotive, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.He has successfully conceptualized, designed, and implemented a number of fabrication facilities start-ups, along with nuclear, quality, gas pipeline and petrochemical construction and fabrication programs.
Richard is currently the Chairman of the Canadian Pipe Fabricators Association and Trustee of the UA Canadian & International Training Trust Fund.

Larry Ruickbie, Manager, Process Engineering
Larry has over 30 years experience in Quality, Welding Procedure Development and Project Management in the Industrial Fabrication and Construction fields.He is a Metallurgical Technologist who has successfully conceptualized, written and implemented Quality Systems in accordance with ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME Section VIII and ISO 9000-2000.

Dave Westlake, Manager, Projects and Planning
Dave has over 20 years of Project Management and supervisory experience in both field Construction and Industrial Fabrication, managing a wide range of projects, some valued upwards from $50 million.Along with his Project Management experience, Dave holds his Certificate of Qualification for both Steam Fitter and Gas Piping Fitter.

Mike Frank, Manager, Fabrication Services
Mike has 27 years experience in the Fabrication and Mechanical industry, managing and supervising various custom steel fabrication, piping, plumbing and gas fitting projects.Mike is a WSIB Certified member, proficient in all GMAW, SMAW, SAW, FCAW and GTAW and a Certified CWB welding supervisor. He holds his Interprovincial Certificate of Qualification in Fitting and a Certificate of Qualification Gas Piping Fitter.

Jim Cook, Manager, Plant 2
Jim has over 20 years experience in Materials Management in both Automotive and Industrial - Pipe Fabrication fields and has been the lead Project contact for Materials, Production and Project management level for several multi-million dollar Projects. Jim has implemented and designed inventory processes, plant additions and upgrades and holds certificates in both Materials Management and Gold Seal.
Jon Dixon, Manager, Business Development
Jon has over 20 years experience in metals manufacturing, distribution and fabrication. After becoming certified in metallurgy and immigrating to Canada, he became quality assurance manager of a manufacturing company specializing in the supply of flanges and fittings to the nuclear industry. He has achieved success with his most recent responsibilities in sales and general management and is a graduate of the CCI Leadership Institute.
