Facilities
Westlake Industries has 3 major Canadian fabrication production facilities. Plants 1 & 2 are situated in Burlington, Ontario and Plant 3 is located in Brantford, Ontario. Combined, all three production plants have over 100,000 sq. ft. of fabrication capacity utilizing state-of-the-art design and production fabrication equipment.
In addition to a large outdoor warehousing capacity, Westlake has over 14,000 sq. ft. of indoor warehousing, complimented by a comprehensive shipping and receiving department. The company also has the capability of performing all NDE on site.
This is Westlake's latest plant acquisition which adds approximately 35,000 sq. ft. of additional production capacity and will utilize the innovative Pines Technology CNC #4 Pipe Bender. This plant also has 5,500 sq. ft. of office administration space and houses Westlake's corporate offices.
Plant 2 Burlington encompasses 43,000 sq. ft. of indoor fabrication and warehousing space and is situated on 4.6 acres. This facility is serviced throughout by overhead cranes with lifting capacities up to 20 tons.
Westlake's Brantford plant encompasses 30,000 sq. ft. of indoor fabrication and warehousing space. Situated on 4.1 acres, this plant is serviced throughout by overhead cranes with lifting capacities up to 10 tons.
