Westlake Industries featured at Buyer-Seller Forum

Richard Westlake, President of Westlake Industries greets the Honourable Sandra Pupatello, Ontario Minister of Economic Development and Trade at the National Buyer/Seller Forum (NBSF) Conference in Edmonton, Alberta.

The NBSF is one of Canada's premier supply chain and development conferences showcasing the industry's best practices for business development and procurement. This year's Forum focused on the new realities of the global heavy oil and oil sands market and was of particular interest to companies competing on the global marketplace.

The Ontario Government featured Westlake Industries as an example of one Ontario company that is successfully competing on an international level. The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has a mandate to promote and work with Ontario companies to assist in their economic growth and the development of international business strategies.
